Instant Nonfat Dry Milk is a real dairy product.  It is pure fresh milk from which only the milkfat and water have been removed.  Once reconstituted, instant nonfat dry milk is the same natural product as fluid skim milk.  It’s economical, easy to measure, dissolves instantly and completely, even in cold water.  A space saver in dry form; requires no refrigeration until reconstituted.  Used in cooking and baking as well as for beverage purposes.  Packs:  6/5 lb. bags, 25 lb. bags and 50 lb. bags.

Nonfat Dry Milk Powder is primarily used as a replacement for fluid skim milk in cooking and baking.  Normally, dry blended with other ingredients.  Pack:  50 lb. bags.

Dairy Blend #1 and 9010 Special Blend are used in place of nonfat dry milk in cooking and baking.  Containing no milk:  They represent less expensive alternatives to milk powder.  To assure functionality, testing samples are available upon request.  Pack:  50 lb. bags.
